Kucha is our bistro in Ljubljana, where guests can enjoy creative meals made out of 100% seasonal and local ingredients.

It’s conveniently located in our HQ, above the lab, enabling us to test recipes and products and gather quality feedback on a daily basis.

The menu evolves seasonaly, here are some highlights:

Kucha’s signature dish is a seasonal veggie bowl designed to be the ultimate human daily meal.
A 100% spelt foccacia with fermented dough and radicchio, sprinkled with crystalised walnuts and fresh thyme.
A New York style buckwheat pastrami sandwich with kimchi, spinach and sunflower seed mayo in 100% kamut flour bread.
Ingredients used in Kucha are sourced from local organic farmers and communities. Up to 30% of them are from food surplus.
Lemons, that are “not pretty enough” for stores, are ground together with their skin to make this refreshing beverage.
This pie with chocolate ganache oozes a thick creme made with “rescued” tangerines inside a spelt flour crispy crust.
Beginning 2019, Kucha will further it's vision to become a zero-waste bistro by unveiling the first regional electric car food delivery.
