Our mission is to build a future where clean, healthy food no longer resides in the alternative isle. A future where products, that are responsible at every step in the cycle of food are the norm.

By dissecting all sorts of plant species in our lab and nurturing connections

in local communities we are able to re-make our favorite foods using just a fraction of resources compared to current practices.

Our findings led us to create 'responsible cheeses' using live cultures and traditional fermentation techniques.
